This is IEEE SIBERIA FLAGSHIP CONFERENCE, which has been held annually for 25 years and has the origins of several scientific discoveries in its history, the conference has the technical co-sponsorship of IEEE IES and IAS. This event is designed to unite industry partners, young and senior scientists in a relaxed atmosphere in the Altai mountains.

Selected high-quality papers will be eligible for Submission with free-fee to one of the two IEEE IAS periodic journals:
A) IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications (Q1 on the SCOPUS, Q1 and Q1 on the Web of science);
B) IEEE Industry Applications Magazine for further review (Q3 on the SCOPUS, Q4 on the Web of science)
(Subjects should be related to IEEE IAS Tracks).

Accepted and submitted papers will be submitted for review and inclusion in IEEE Xplore. IEEE does a lot of work to disseminate articles, providing abstracting and indexing in international databases (SCOPUS, etc.).
