Transfer
Welcome to EDM! To ensure your convenience, we have prepared several transportation options to the conference venue. Choose the option that best suits your preferences and schedule:
1. Shuttle Service (included in select registration packages)
- Departure from Novosibirsk:
June 27 — Assembly of participants at Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU). The approximate meeting time is 8:00 AM. Participants who have a bus transfer included will receive an additional email closer to the date specifying the exact departure time.
July 1 — Return transfer to NSTU following the conclusion of the conference, with an estimated arrival time of ~20:00 (8:00 PM). - Travel time: ~10 hours.
- Stops: The shuttle will make several stops, including Akademgorodok. If you selected this pickup point during registration, the driver will collect you there.
- Confirm shuttle availability in your registration package.
2. Personal Vehicle
- Travel time: ~8 hours.

3. Gorno-Altaysk Airport
- Travel time: ~4 hours.
- How to get there:
- Fly to Gorno-Altaysk Airport.
- Book a taxi to the conference venue.
- Important:
The organizing team is considering the possibility of arranging a minibus transfer from the airport for participants. Updates will be announced no earlier than June 15. Stay tuned!
4. Public Transport (Trains/Buses)
- Recommended route:
Travel to Biysk by train or intercity bus, then use local transport to reach the EDM venue. - Tips:
